The Jamesburg Station site in Carmel Valley, California, is a 160 acre parcel with several unique features. Best known as a satellite tracking station with 97 foot diameter dish, originally owned and operated by AT&T for Comsat from 1968 until 2003. Attached is a 21,150 Sq Ft solid concrete facility with 20 foot ceiling. Commercially available.

The amazing picture was captured on May 25th by the HiRISE camera onboard the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter.

Update ref FCC license request

Regarding the Moon Society power beaming project - dialogue with US Govt (FCC)  continues…..we have requested STA transmission permit from FCC and they have requested some additional testing, which is causing some delay.
